The three branches
of Government
The founders of our
nation saw an
independent
judiciary as having
a very important
role in a free
society. Federal
Judges are appointed
for life and are not
subject to election
by the citizenry.
Judges are supposed
to “interpret” the
laws passed by the
Legislative and
Executive branches
of government.
Judges are not
supposed to make new
law, nor are they to
inject their
personal views and
beliefs onto the
law. Clearly our
courts have
abandoned this
principle and our
Executive and
Legislative branches
have allowed the
courts to become the
“super legislative
branch of
government.” When
unaccountable judges
have the power to
“make law” they
become a tyrannical
force capable of
forcing their will
upon the governed.

Rule of Law
When a court
discovers a new
“right” or makes a
“new interpretation”
of laws passed by
the Executive and
Legislative branches
of government, they
undermine the rule
of law and remove
from the people the
power to govern
themselves. When judges
rewrite the law as
they see fit, our
entire system of
laws becomes open to
interpretation by
authority.

Political Honesty
The American people
must face the threat
to our republic
posed by an
increasingly
powerful and
unaccountable group
of elite Judges. It
has become all too
common for our
elected leaders to
simply accept that
the courts have the
final say on all
issues. Thomas
Jefferson said “To
consider the judges
the ultimate
arbiters of all
constitutional
questions [would be]
a very dangerous
doctrine.” Our
leadership must be
willing to
challenge, what has
become, a system of
judicial supremacy
and demand that the
courts return to
their appropriate
role in the balance
of power among the
three branches of
government.
National Challenge

Our government has
become a government
that our founders
would not recognize.
Our founders
believed that
certain rights are
granted only by the
Creator and beyond
the reach of
Government; "among
these are life,
liberty and the
pursuit of
happiness." Of
these, all rights
begin with the right
to life.
As a people we must
recruit, nominate
and elect leadership
that recognizes the
existence of rights
beyond the reach of
government.
While Americans may
agree or disagree
with certain court
rulings, all should
recognize that
certain rights exist
beyond the reach of
any branch of
government and even
beyond the voters.
At the present,
through their
actions; the courts,
by imposing their
will, deny the
principles of our
founding documents
and the people to
govern themselves.
The fundamental
right-to-life must
be restored by the
people and our
leaders.
